Nowaday, the triple critical crisis the humanbeing faced, in addition to the financial crisis recently, are the energy crisis and environmental crisis which are a long-term development and serious crisis. And especially in the environmental crisis, a few decades ago ,environmental pollution events happened at the point of local and could be resolved by applying the appropriate technology, but after the decades of pollution , the accidents were not the only-point source one, but also nonpoint source pollution .In the face of this kinds of pollution, the conventional treatment processes could not solve the problems effectively. So, we need the process and technology which to be able to adapt to this kinds of complexity .In this paper, this problem had already been made through the integration of ecological restoration theory , the use of eco-system complexity, and further the strengthening to mycorrhizal fungi-Plant complex system, to achieve the purposes that to restore the non-point source pollution on the water. Mycorrhizal fungi as a symbiotic fungus infection in plants's roots are widespread in nature, it can strengthen the purification ability of micro-organisms and plants. In the past,the more study about the mycorrhizal fungi were for the soil pollutions, few studies on water pollution for this applications. So,in order to prove the feasibility of the idea, a investigation if mycorrhizal fungi in the natural wetland environment have a role in the water pollutant removal had been comment . On survey in the Zhalong wetland, the phenomenon that the presence of mycorrhizal fungi was significantly positively correlated with the permanganate index and the characteristics pollutants phenol had been found. Evaluation of mycorrhizal Zhalong distribution and water quality showed that the water quality in Zhalong was ClassⅢ, moreover there are individual indicators overⅣclass, even to classⅤ, and mycorrhizal distribution gradient coupling of basic water quality. This is a certain validation for the experimental idea.Further more, cultured reed in laboratory to research the mycorrhizal inoculation patterns , founded nutritional mode of reproduction come to culture it fast and gain higher germination rate and biomass, but biomass in group are quite different; Reed cultivated by sexual reproduction way had the slow germination and a low germination rate, and the biomass is significantly lower than the nutrition of reproductive in the same amount of cultivating time. The same time, to compare the impact of inoculation by different inoculation time and different inoculation weight on the comparison, we found that although at different times and different weight have little effect on the infection rate of reed, but infection rates are at a significant level indeed, the average infection rate higher than 70%, significantly higher than the natural state, and biomass was significantly higher than the control.Using pot static experimental method to verify the findings of natural wetlands, pot experiments showed that the purification efficiency of permanganate index of infected treatments was 45% higher than non-infected plants, and the degradation had a significant effect, and the mycorrhizal fungi improve plant biomass results also suggest that there was markable dependence on mycorrhizal fungi when reed was in intraspecific competition and pollution stress. The presence of mycorrhizal fungi also noted that could effectively improve the efficiency of degradation of pollutants, and played a significant role in increase the tolerance and stress resistance of complex ecological restoration systems on Pollution impact load。The feasibility and efficiency of the application that mycorrhizal fungi combined with aquatic ecosystem restoration technologies has been verified. Furthermore,analysis the mechanism of water purification systems, evaluate mycorrhizal fungi purification plant complex system performance, analysis influence factors of Reed's dependence on mycorrhizal fungi, to indicate mycorrhizal fungi used in plant complex system of ecological restoration technology is feasible, and has broad application prospects.
