In this paper, a kind of PMo12 heteropoly compound catalytic film was used for catalytic oxidation,esterification and hydration respectively. The catalytic activity of the film was studied.Main work is shown as followed:(1)A kind of heteropoly compound film supported on Ce0 5Zr0 502 oxide was prepared on a porous titanium tube. The catalytic activity of the film for the selective oxidation of iso-butylene was tested and compared with the fixed-bed reactor. Results show that the catalytic film increases the yield of the target productmethacrylic acid, and avoids the temperature fluctuation caused by the reaction heat.(2)A kind of heteropoly compound film supported on Sb204 oxide was prepared on a porous titanium plate by different methods of preparation. The catalytic activity of the film for the selective oxidation of iso-butylene was tested. Results show that Sb204 can improve the catalytic activity of the heteropoly compound by oxygen spillover. The yield of the target product-methacrylic acid reached 26.3% at the optimum temperature of 3600C.(3)A kind of PW12 heteropoly compound film was prepared on a porous titanium plate. The catalytic activity of the film for the esterification of ethanol and acetic acid was tested. Results show that the yield of the target product-ethanol acetate reached 97% at II 00C.(4) A kind of PW12 heteropoly compound film was prepared on a porous titanium plate. The catalytic activity of the film for the hydration of iso-butylene was tested.
