It is important new sort of pesticedes do. It is an important new sort of pesticides. phenoxyacetic acid (HPOA) is an anxin. 1, 10-phenanthroline with hight extinction coefficient which possess coordinate property are widely applied in the development of luminous materials. However the research in the complex of rare earth with avxin and phen was seldom engaged by scholars indoors and abroad. The field of rare earth with HPOA and phen is untouched The study of this kind of ternary complexes is helpful to rare earth' s applied mechanism theoretically and realisticallyRare earth chloride, phen and sodium salt of ligand in 60% athanol aqueous solvent can be synthesized into four kinds of new solid ternary cpmplexes at 700 C temperature. Through the of elemental analysis, molar conductivity. IR. UV and fluorescence spectra, TG- DTA. analysis and XRD( to NdI) technigue.The crystal was obtained from the solution with9La-POA-phen(LnNd. Sm. Eu, Lu). The srystal X-ary diffraction analysis shows that all the crystalloids belong to monoclinic The structure of the eomolexes [Ln2(POA)6(phen)22e2C2H6OH(LnNd, Eu) are completely same they are binuelear molecules with space group P21/c. The carboxylate groups in the complex are bonded to the metal ion in the brindged bidentate,the bredged tridentate and the monodentate modes Two eteanol molecule are located in the outer sphere of the complex which combined with inner by hydrogen bond the force of static electricity [5.2 (POA)4(phen)2 (DMSO)41 (Cl04)2. DMSOCH32SO1, belong to space P2100,'c.The cell parameters are al2.864(2)A, b43.045(2)A, c21.488 (3)A, 293.85O(lO) , V3597.8(9)X3, z4, Dcl.64QMg,m3 1. 886mm1, Lu (POA)a (phen) forming an infinite chain belongs o space group P21,/n. The cell parameters are a2O.394(3)A, b008.5l3O(lO7, c2O.7O8(3)A, lO7.7OO(1O)c , V3425.O(8)A3, ZM, Dcl. 5681gjM3, L 2. 939mif.By comparing ternary complexes of rare earth with the bioactivity of care earth iron. ligand and binary complexes e find that tenary complexes of rare earth which is worth further researching and spreading have fungistatic ability germination and promotion in growth' s function of anti-- hiotic and promotionin growth...
