| The study on the function and affection of liquid film on the surface of biofilm was carried out in this research , based on the mechanism research of biopurifying the waste gas containing Toluene in low concentrations by the biofilm-packing tower. The kinetic model of æ‚dsorption-biofilm?theory was established. After contrast and examination for the model, the effections of the concentration of Toluene in inlet gas~. the gas flow and the height of biofilm-packing tower on purifying efficiency were simulated. The simulation of practical process for biopurifying-VOC waste gas could be realized.
