As for human being, the problem of population and grain is one of challenges in the 21th century. Pesticide is playing an important role in relieving food crisis. Plant growth regulator is an important part of pesticide. Unlike insecticide,fugicide and herbicide,which are used to resist the external enemies of crops and improve their living environments,plant growth regulator is used to act on the crops themselves directly and controls their growth on people's wills. The pesticide chemists become more and more interested in it.In this thesis, we have designed and synthesized 29 new compounds of three series and analysed their methods of synthesis. Their structures have been confirmed by IRJHNMR,MS and elementary analysis. The test of their biological activities shows that some of them have good plant growth regulating activities.Acylthioureas have extensive biological activities. They have been used as insecticide,herbicide,fugicide,plant growth regulator and so on. Multiamine is also a sort of plant growth regulating substance. Through combining this two structures,we have designed the compounds with dithiourea structure,serie I and serie I .I :polymethylene-bis-aroyl(aryloxyacetyl) thiourea derivativesI :phenylene-l ,4-bis-aroyl(aryloxyacetyl) thiourea derivativesTaking PEG ?600 as catalyst, this two series of compounds were synthesized by solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis. Compared with the classical method of the synthesis of acylthioureas, this method has many advantagessuch as mild reacting conditions,convenient operation,high yield and so on. So it is a good way for the synthesis of acylthioureas.In addition,the compounds with triazole structure has been an important category of pesticide for their excellent and extensive biological activities. It is possible to get the compounds with excellent biological activities through introducing triazole carboxylic acid structure into acylthiourea. In view of this, we have designed the compounds,serie I.I : acylthiourea with triazole carboxylic acid structureWe have synthesized this serie of compounds by solvent CH3CN refluxing.The structures of these three series of compounds have been confirmed by IR^HNMR-.MS and elementary analysis. The datum of spectra have been analysed.In addition,the activities of these compounds as plant growth regulatorshave been tested by the methods of wheat sprout and sheath, cucumbercotyledan and cucumber striking root. The results shows that compound have good plant growth regulating activities.
