This paper contains four chapters totally.The first chapter is summarization. In this chapter, the classification and the development of tanning agent were wholly expounded. The unsubstitutability of chromie tanning agent and the significance of retanning and the serious harmfulness of chromic tanning industrial waste water to environment were also pointed out. From those, the significance of 揟he revolution of Tanning agent and Technics of chr髆ic tanning ?was elicited. Based on this, a new ideal and scheme was put forward.The second chapter was devided into three sections. The first section is about the mensuration of reactivity ratio of MAA/AA copolymer system. The composition of copolymer was measured through NMR and the reactivity ratio of MAA/AA copolymer system was worked out with different methods. The second section contains the synthesis of Acrvlate termary copolymer and the preparation, mensuration, results and discussion about complexes of copolymer with some metals. The IR, NMR, DSC and TGA graphs of acrylate copolymer and its complex were studied and the case of complexing was also discussed in this section. In third section, several kinds of water solubility copolymers 昽f the modification maleic anhydride and styrene were synthesised through introducing the third monomer. Those copolymers were complexed with chromium ion. The influence factors to the number of complexing chromium ions were studied.In third chapter, the microemulsion of complex of metal ions with polymer was studied. The way. of preparation about complex of metal ions with polymer was c-~ncretely given. The nonnieter diameter, contribution and the stability of microemulsion were tokened through TEM and Zeta potentiometer. Several factors that influence the stability of microemulsion such as the kind, ration, contents and pH value of emulgent were discussed.3f~~L i~From those, the most suitable conditions of preparation of micro-emulsion were obtained. In this chapter, some ways of token such as TEM and were applicated.The application experiment about several tanning agents was studied in the fourth chapter. The SEM, shrinkage temperature, DSC, TGA and some physical properties such as tensile strength and rapture tensibility of leather samples were measured and the content of chrornium(III) in waste water was measured through ICR With deep research, we have obtained a new compolymer metal complex as tannage which can enhance the shrinkage temerature of leather more than 40 0C. Tensile strength of leather, which has been tanned2with this tannage, reached more than 35N/mm and rapture tensibility reached 50%. Thecontent of chromium(IJI) in waste water was only about 0.0035g/L, much less than 揋B8978-88, (0.Olg/L)?...
