In this paper, according to the high propulsion ratio engine, the basic problem of applying resin matrix filament winding composites on aeroengines was emphasisly studied. By framing reasonable technology and plenty of repeating experiment, the main contributions have been made as follows:1) The analysis of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was made on the BMI resin,QY8911- II .Curing reaction of the QY8911-II was studied by DSC. The effect of heat history on the resin was discussed and the adequate parameters for filament winding technology were determined.2) The study on preparation technology of prepreg strands was carried out. The satisfactory results were obtained by repeating debugging. And the prepreg strands that satisfying the request of the technology were made. These settled the foundation for the study on M46J/QY8911-II filament winding composites.3) Some NOL roles were made by filament winding and preparation of M46J/QY8911-II. And the capability analysis on them was experimented and studied.
