p-Aminobenzenesulfonylguanidine(SG)is an useful antibioticaL medicine and medical intermediate.In this thesis,the author used acetanilide and chlorosulfonic acid together with guanidine nitrate as raw materials,set up an economical process to produce SG.This paper studied many factors in chlorosulfonation .At different temperatures the chlorosulfonation was studied with different catalysts and different concentrations of the best one .The best reaction temperature and catalyst concentration were selected and the reaction product give a yield of 89.6%, with decreasing the ratio of mol of chlorsulfonic acid for acetanilide to 3.8:1.In the production of ASG,different solvents were considered ,and selected the best solvent S.Then different amount of this one in different temperatures and different mol ratios of p-ASC and guanidine nitrate were studied.Finally, the hydrolytic reaction ~vas briefly investigated.In this process,the total yield of SG is 80.1%,and the purification is 99.3%.,with reducing the cost of raw materials by 15%.
