Abstract/Summary:
Conductive oil, which is a promising functional oil, has a great significance in the field of science and development. In order to improve this field' s theory which is hoped to directed the practice, a large number experiments are done during the course of this, paper. Based on the basic theories of high_molecular chemistry character and conduction of electricity of function high_molecular, volume electric-resistance, and from a microcosmic point of view , this paper provides a deep research on performance of conductive oil and conductive theory. Meanwhile, integrating the practice with the future, in the carbon conductive system, the author established the relation between volume electric-resistance and adhesive, packing, solvent through single-factor experiment, repeated experiment of eliminating system' s error and average analysis. In term of paper' s thickness and coating thickness that is got from experiment, the author got volume electric-resistance relation advanced scope of the best curve ink formulation. And with the help of it, the volume of this conductive_filler is predicted and a common phenomena of this field is explained from the point of mathematics. In the copper conductive system, many of single_factor experiments are done to solve the difficulty of copper power being easily oxidized no matter when. At last a full-new and economical way in experiment is founded, which can basically fulfill the measurement' s requirements in lab. The optimum scheme, which is able to secure the conductivity of copper IIsystem, is settled down on the basis of repeated research and evaluate the parameters. A lot of factors effecting the conductivity of oil, for example, adhesive, packing and solvent affect performance of conductive oil, are analyzed to build an element base for the research in the aspect of theory and help others to understand deeply the conductive mechanism.
