The development of neonicotine pesticides and synthesis methods of Omite derivatives were reviewed. Using analogue synthesis method, we designed and synthesized nine neonicotine compounds(series I ) and twelve Omite derivatives (series II).I .Neonicotine compounds I a-jII. Omite derivatives IIAll compounds have been identified by IR,1HNMR,MS. Biological activity of title compounds were ditermmined by killing aphides on horsebean. We found some of these compound have expected activity. With these activity data,we primarilystudied their structure-activity relation.
