Establish Dynamic Model Of Horizontal Axis Road-header And Research On It's Dynamics Behaviors

This paper is a part of " Research on Critical Technology When Road-header Works " (the key project of the pre-Coal Department) . based on the analysis of the dynamics of the horizontal axis road-header, mechanics model and mathematic model are set up by considering the elastic vibrations of body machine, cantilever, cutting head when it's working. As the AM50 road-header is example, its intrinsic vibration behaviors are investigated and simulated by computer.This paper provides the algorithm system for the differential equation of the machine, the vibration measurement results are showed by means of introducing the method of vibration measurement of the AM-50 road-header, which analyzes the basic reasons caused the vibration when it is cutting the coal bed, also provides the efficient method and foundation for modifying construction and working characteristics.
