"Fenshuiling-Dajiangou-Jiuqu" which is located in direct supply area of spring group also own the above features. In recent years, city expand and mankind's activity destroyed its water environment, and influenced the water environment function. If not adopting effective measures, it can enlarge the influences. Especially facing the situation that spring water stopped spurting and water quality changed, it is more critical to strengthen the protection.As for the protection of district, there are various opinions. Someone puts forward the countermeasure of protective development, but how to do still haven't the final conclusion. Based on the work of predecessors, by use of material collection and remote sensing investigation and scene protecting and monitoring etc, this article analyses and assessments the water environment with qualification and quantitation. Then this article puts forward protective development scheme and measures, and analyses the advantageous and unfavorable influences. It makes every effort to eliminate the unfavorable influence and lead to recover the water function.For understanding the local environment condition completely, physical geography condition and society economy condition are investigated on the spot. The focal analysis is on the present situation of land uses and water resources utilization. The result indicates: the mountain area gives first place; the cultivation area is big; the stormed crack in depression covers wide area; stone pits and rubbish fields etc exist. The structure of using land is not reasonable. Amount of water is poor, and the water mainly comes from ground, there are many wells to provide.Carrying on material analyzing and investigates, the result indicates: this area possesses hydrology and hydrology geology characteristic well to be of advantage to supply the- groundwater and runoff. The groundwater is chiefly accepted the atmosphere precipitation supply, and receives water from south. It moves from the southeast to northwest and supply the spring crowd.Assessment on the present situation of water environment . Dividing out four drainage basins, and on the basis of the achievement of three water changes, applying runoff coefficient formula from ShanDong water conservancy's academy and USLE, respectively counting and assessment in average surface runoff > average supply to groundwater and average soil erosion ; Further dividing the seepage belts, and analyzing contribution of the supply to groundwater in strong seepage belts ; Counting the soil erosions and the groundwater supply loss created by artificial activity, thus differentiating the influence; monitoring the water samples, and carrying on the present situation assessment to quality of surface water and groundwater.So getting the below conclusion: its water environment is fragile; the heightslope on hill is steep; the precipitation can rapidly change to groundwater; the surface water is very short; the plant cover rate is low; the rainstorm frequency is high,; the rainstorm easily formatted to flood; the activity makes the amount of surface out off enlarge, and the soil erosion aggravate, and groundwater supply capacity reduce, and the water quality change.
