The orthogonal experiment method had been adopted to develop a restrainer DY-1.The optimum formulation is as follows:Ethanoi 4gSodium thiocyanate 4gHydrazine hydrate 7gSurface active agent 3gAniline 3gAccelerant IgThe optimum concentration is 0.2%. When temperature downward 50℃, DY-1 has excellent corrosion mitigation for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution.The corrosion mitigation rate of the inhibitor and electrochemical performance, polarization resistance and alternating current impedance, had been tested via chemical imponderability method and electrochemical experiment way. The corrosion mitigation mechanism had been investigated by physical measuring and testing techniques. The results told that corrosion mitigation rate of the inhibitor came up to 98.4%. Alteration of corrosion mitigation rate is slight when concentration of the inhibitor exceeds 0.1%. When temperature goes beyond 60癈, corrosion rate of A3 steel goes up rapidly along with arising of temperature. Corrosion rate of A3 steel rises up in company with adding of concentration of Fe " on which Fe3+ exists . Sequent of linear polarization experiments indicates that polarization resistance after adding inhibitor heightening 3 order of magnitude compares with it in blank solution. It illuminates that restrainer DY-1 has excellent corrosion mitigation function. This inhibitor has amplitude applied foreground in chemical cleaning field. Referred to physical measuring and testing techniques, the inhibitor takes effect by physical absorption arouse by electrostatic attraction.
