Theanine is a special amino acid in tea trees, it has important physical and pharmacological effect. Theanine has a high economical and practical value. Many products used in food and medicine industry have been explored from it. Theanine has tremendous marketable potential.The method of theanine's producing used before is: first, inducing callus from explant; then, establishing suspensiuon cell lines; at last, using suspension cells produce theanine. And the explants used mainly were stems and leaves. But in the natural condition, root was the cardinal part in the plant to produde theanine. At present, there are no people have used root to do this aspect experement.This article discussed some producing methods of theanine:USING TEA CELL PRODUCE THEANINE:First, this is the first time we used the callus induced from root part produce theanine. Second, it is the first time we get the accumulation curve of theanine. Third, we find the 3rd day of it's culturing 1 is the best time adding precursor to Lg cell. Beside, through adding different organic nitrogen resources, we selected the better nitrogen梒asein enzymatic hydrolysate that can improve the theanine content of suspension cell. At last, though renewing medium and prolonging the time of culturing, the content of theanine in tea cell was increased to a higher level.FOR THE FIRST TIME, USING HAIR ROOT PRODUCE THEANINE:In this article, we contrast the transform efficiency of 4 Agrobacterium rhizogene strains to tea trees. We known that Agrobacterium rhizogenes 15834 has the highest transforming efficiency to tea trees, 9402 strain was the second. Though adding acetosyringone, we know that it can increase the transforming efficiency of Agrobacterium rhizogenes to tea effectively. Then we contrast the restraining efficiency of two antibiotics to Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Between cephradine and cefotaxime, the later is the better. We have detected the theanine content in hair roots of tea, established the transforming system of Agrobacterium rhizogenes transforming tea trees. But because of the shot of time, we haven't extended the job7of large-scale culturing and improving of theanine content in hair root.RESEARCH THE POSSIBILITY OF PRODUCING THEANINE FROM PSEUDOMONAS ITROREDUCENS:Through a series of experiment, we known Pseudomonas nitroreducens 1.1796 has low decomposing activity to theanine but synthesis activity.
