Based on result of previous research,this paper adopted the Liquid-Film Damper in the production of precise boring. The system of Liquid-Film Damper is simulated with software. And then,by analysis of the rule of correlate parameters that influences the effect of Liquid-Film Damper. It is composed of the following parts:1 Reviewing the previous research results briefly,referring sufficient domestic overseas materials and expounding many research results in this fields. In base of this,the research results of this paper are stated.2 Analyzing the operating principle of Liquid-Film Damper in theory and deducing the calculating formula of Liquid-Film Damp coefficient with the method of mathematics and hydrodynamics in order to offer theoretical base for the simulation of system.3 Idealizing the system of Liquid-Film Damper,considering the system as a single freedom and setting up the single freedom dynamics model,then setting up the mathematics model with the mechanical method.4 Considering the Liquid-Film Damper system as a multi-freedom vibrating system,setting up the centralized parameter mechanical model,and then,setting up the mathematics model of system with the method of Transfer-Matrix.5 The mathematics model of system is expressed by the software named MATLAB5.3,the rule of correlate parameters that influences the effect of Liquid-Film Damper is analyzed visually.6 A onsite production is performed with boring rod produced by ourselves,the onsite data is reported,and then,comparing the data of simulation and onsite data.
