Owing to the large dead area of pressure reduce valve and the friction of the proportional cylinder, the conventional hydraulic anti-explosive hoist must be developed in many aspects such as the control of the velocity is not accuracy, the operating is not flexible, the take up velocity can not keep some proportion with the angle of oscillation and the system can not be controlled automatically. It is the emphasis to develop the electro-hydraulic proportion control system for the hydraulic anti-explosive hoist. The technique of electro-hydraulic proportion control is introduced to the system, which makes it possible to input by hand or by using program. That is to ensure the hoist running according to a given velocity curve. It will avoid the reducing of the machine life and the breaking of the rope suddenly because of the large inertia force in the system. And at the same time, the system can be controlled automatically. A new electro-hydraulic synthetic control test system have been designed and yet. The test system can finish these research experiments of the electro-hydraulic proportion control system for the hydraulic anti-explosive hoist, and practical examples show that the character of more hydraulic systems and components can be studied on the system after it is developed in deep or configured in other ways.In the electro-hydraulic proportion control system for hoisting speed of hydraulic anti-explosive hoist, the proportion control amplifier is an important part. Proportion control amplifier have designed and simulated by using virtual electronic experiment platform. For the defect of the low utilization of power, the large hotness of the simulant amplifier. The power amplifier of the designed circuit is switch mode with PWM , so it has the advantage of low power losses And in order to satisfy the buffer requirement of the system, slanting signal generations have set. The results of computer simulation shows effectiveness of the circuit.This paper puts forward a control system method for hoisting speed of hydraulic anti-explosive hoist which based on INTEL 16 bit 8098 SCM. This SCM system controls electric-hydraulic proportioning valve through detecting the position of variable working cylinder so that we can get the destination of controlling the position and the velocity of piston rod .At last lift is running according the velocity curve which we input the SCM before. The essence of this system is a digital closed loop position control system based on electric-hydraulic proportion technology. The system is excellent, for example the hardware is simple, the control arithmetic is advance, the precision of control is good, the system has power universality and the it is easy to expand the system. The system can be used in industry widely and so on.
