In this paper, several kinds of alkali metal alkoxides and alkali metal aryloxides(ROK) were synthesized from cheap and safe raw materials. The synthesis technology was determined.The solubilities of ROK in several different solvents such as toluene, ether, THF and 2G were studied. Considering the influence of solvent on the microstructure of telomers, THF was determined to be the best solvent.In the system of n-BuLi/ROK/xylene/2G/olefin, the influence of ROK on diolefin anionic telomerization was investigated, and the result shows that the difference between butadiene system and isoprene system was little. The influence of ROK on olefin anionic telomerization was obvious not only in butadiene system but also in isoprene system. Conversions of monomer, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and microstructure of telomers were studied with different K/Li. The result shows that the conversion of monomer changes little with K/Li. When K/Li rises, the molecular weight of telomer descends, and the molecular weight distribution gets wide. K/Li can affect the microstructure too. When K/Li rises, the content of 1,2-unit descends in butadiene system. In isoprene system, the content of 1,2-unit descends and the content of 3,4-unit rises.Considering of synthesis technology, solubility, telomerizing ability and price, the best ROK was determined.
