In this article, WO3 film, MoO3 film and MoO3-WO3 film are prepared by Sol-Gel method. Their appearance and microcosmic structure are analyzed by the survey of Scanning Electron Microscope and X-Ray Diffraction. Spectrometer and three electrodes method are used to measure optics and electrochemical characters. They adjust the transmission spectrum of visible light after coloring. The coloring properties of no crystalline film are better than those of crystalline film. This paper also discusses the effect of heat handling temperature, dielectric and voltage on coloring.Putting molybdenum alcohol solution into tungsten alcohol solution, stability of solution is improved. Compared with pure WO3 film, the crystallized temperature of MoO3-WO3 film is enhanced, adjusting range is extended, coloring efficiency is raised, and vision aesthetics characters are improved.
