The aim of my study is explore the effect of high-voltage electric field(HVEF) and polyamine on fruit s post-harvest physiology.In order to investigate the rule of HVEF,1 make an apparatus which can ensure a constant temperature and humidity and prove that HVEF can produce ozone and explore the effect of HVEF on a kind of mold. 1 find that the growth of mold is controlled under HVEF.I choose Beijing NO 14 peach and Dongzao as subjects to investigate the effect of HVEF and polyamine on fruit s post-harvest physiology and discovered that HVEF and polyamine can affect fruit post-harvest physiology and the rule of HVEF is various by different kinds of fruits.At last,I draw a conclusion from the data from experiments and of previous researchers about the acting rule of HVEF on fruit s post-harvest physiology.
