The marks of modern pulp and paper making are as follows: Firstly, pulp and paper making process and equipment were based on the advanced achievement of science and technology. Secondly, inaugurating more widely new raw material resources. Not only traditional plant fiber materials were fully used, but also more and more polymer or some inorganics were used in the pulp and paper making as additives. Thirdly, products of paper were continuously renovated to meet the need of the human's fast developing. Fruit Raising Pouch was widely utilized in agriculture as a kind of agricultural technical paper.Area of fruit orchards in our country is 21.3% of that in the world, total fruit output in our country is 14 % of that in the world, the output of apple and pear occupies the first. Fruit trees mostly grow in the poor soil which can not avail producing and coloring of top grade products, moreover, top grade products have lower grade and worse quality. Because fruit color is an important index, we difficultly produce fruits with good color if we don't adopt pouching technology, so we must adopt pouching planting technology in order to gain fruits with high quality.Pouching also decreases content of residual pesticide on the fruits, to attain the standard of exports and enhance their competity in the international market, and its economic profit is very obvious. The research on the agricultural technical paper in China hasn't been better carried out until recently. Many properties of Fruit Raising Pouch produced in our country can't catch up with those of the corresponding products in the developed countries in many aspects (such as wet strength, porosity, light absorption and so on). In view of the above causes, we have studied to improve the Fruit Raising Pouch.Because Fruit Raising Pouch is exposured to the air and stands rain and wind and its wet strength is very important index. In this paper, firstly we discuss the optimistic application condition of PAE. The results show that: PAE was added when pH is 6-8, Fruit Raising Pouch has higher dry strength and wet strength and PAE shows better strengthening rate. When pH is 7, optimal dosage of PAE is 0.9 %; When pH is 8, optimal dosage of PAE is 1.0 %. Generally speaking, wet strength of paper increases with the increase of PAE resin dosage, when dosage of PAE is higher than its optimal, wet strength of paper decreases with the increase ofPAE resin dosage. At last, we determine optimal dosage of PAE resin is 1.0% or so.Following this, we take experiments on the Fruit Raising Inner and Outer Pouch . Here we discuss how to control transmittance at the special wavelength. The results show that: The Fruit Raising Inner Pouch transmittance in 5-25 % is better for color, when the porosity of the Fruit Raising Inner Pouch is at 1 OOml/s. Because direct dye has good affinity to any cellulose, we choose direct red dye and direct yellow dye to dyeing. Transmittance of the Fruit Raising Inner Pouch is 0-5% at the wavelength of 400nm and 21.2 % at the wavelength of 700nm. We try to replace partly carbon black with lignin on the experiment of Fruit Raising Pouch Outer Pouch. The results show that: if we do so, tensile index, tear index and burst index of paper have been improved when replacing 30% of carbon black with lignin can increase the tenability rate of the Fruit Raising Outer Pouch, it comes to the maximization when the dosage of lignin. Also it hardly influence on its opacity. Although lignin dosage is same, different addition ways have influence on physical properties of the Fruit Raising Outer Pouch. Addition of PAE prior to the beating has better effect than that after the beating. Finally, we have studied aging of Fruit Raising Pouch and probed whether replacing partly carbon black with lignin will influence the endurance of the Fruit Raising Pouch or not. The results show that: Replacing partly carbon black with lignin hardly influences the endurance of the Fruit Raising Pouch.
