According to the demand of actual cementing jobs and development in Daqing oil field, this paper describes the necessities of researches on cement sheath damage caused by perforation. At same time, the dynamic mechanics method is posed firstly in China to measure the dynamic mechanics performance of cement stone. This is very important for analyzing influences off perforation to cement sheath. A new field of basic cementing theory research is opened up. On the basic of the phenomena of fracture in part cement sheath caused by high power perforating. The reasons of fracture are analyzed. Using "Hopkinson" device, which is material dynamic mechanics measuring device, and comprehensive perforation simulation device, a serial of experiments have been finished for researching of cement sheath damage caused by perforation. The representative parameters and critical value are raised to evaluate the toughness of cement stone resistance to impact. Based on these, additives are researched and tested to modify the property of cement stone, giving the critical mechanics antiunion satisfied cement stone impacted by perforation. The additive system of impact resistance toughness cement 桪RK has been researched and manufactured.The research achievements in this paper have not only theoretical value but also the applied and developed value for improving cementing quality, extending life of oil wells as well as enhancing oil recovery.
