Simulation And Analysis Of Reactive Distillation Using ChemCAD And Neural Networks

The design and operation issues for reactive distillation systems are considerably more complex than those for either conventional reactors or conventional distillation columns. The thesis has studied the theory concerning simulating reactive distillation process, simulated the process by using CHEMCAD, and plotted the curves of distributing components. In order to study its steady state characteristics of the equipments, An ANN model was built by using the data that were created by CHEMCAD. It could predict the reactive distillation process and process the sensitivity analyze and optimize the process.
