The research of composition and the strcture of AMFcommunity in heavy metal contaminated soil is important credential to the expoitation and application of AMF resources in heavy metal contaminated soil. Taken two heavy metal contaminated soils in copper mine field of Hongtoushan area and lead-zinc mine field of Qingchengzi area as sampling sites ,studied the abundance and diversity of AMF community and the relation of which to ecological factors; two experiments were managed by pot culture and four-compartments culture system with Festuca.Rubra and Red Clover as host plants inoculated with Gintraradices, Gmosseae and Gcaledordinum to study the effect of different AMF on the uptake and accumulation of heavy metal in Cd contaminated soil and Cu> Zn- PK Cd complex-contaminated soil. The main results are as follows:1, 23 species of 6 genus of AMF were found in heavy metal contaminated soils of two mine field in Shenyang city including 14 species of Glomus, 3 species of Aculospora, 2 species of Scutellospora, 1 species of Gigaspora, 2 species of Archaulspora, and 1 species of Paraglomus. 22 species of which have been identified except of one species Gspp. One species SY-_CAU15_Gsp27-l named Glomus constrictum had been registered in BEG as BEG 182. This is the first repot of AMF pure isolate seprated in Chinese heavy metal contaminated soil.2. The abundance and diversity of AMF community maintain relative high level in gental contaminated soil, and the AMF of Glomus were the dominate community among 6 genus of AMF presented in gentalcontaminated soil due to their 63% propotion. The composition of AMF community varied with the increase of pollution degree of soil. With the disappearer of Gigaspora and Paraglomus in medium polluted and serious polluted soil seperatly. And the propotin of Glomus increase steadily with the increase of pollution degree till reached 89% in serious contaminated soil.3. The AMF of Glomus had well adapted to heavy metal contaminated soil due to their dominat status. G mosseae and G enturicutum were dominat species of lead-zinc mine field of Qingchengzi area while G clarum was dominance in copper mine field of Hongtoushan area. The common species of two mine fields were Gconstrictum and Gintraradices. All these species whch had better ecological adaptation better ability to resist heavy metal toxicity should be the potential species for application in bioremediation.4. Spore density of AMF in the heavy metal contaminated soil was affected mainly by the general pollution index and soil pH according to the results of SEPWISE analysis with soil pH, organic matter, Olsen P and general pollution index. Athough it was relatively high in moderate and medial contaminated soil, AMF spore density decrease sharply with the increase of pollution degree. But there still have some spores in serious contaminated soil when the pollution index reached 28.3.5. The colonization of Gintraradices, Gcaledordinum and Gmosseae can decrease the uptake and accumulation of heavy metals of Festuca.Rubra and Red Clover and then protect them from toxicity of heavy metals to some extent..There were consistent difference amongthe effect of different AMF species, Gintraradices had better effect on the decrease of heavy metal content in shoot of host plants than Gcaledordinum and Gmosseae. So it's necessary to select excellent AMF species in the application of AMF in revegetation.
