Using the polyethylene, we produced the polyethylene microporous hollow fiber membrane and figured out the diameter and distributing of micropore by seeking the better numerical value, the data of gas osmosis experiment and Kozeny-Carman formula used in this process. Then, we carried out surface modification on hollow fiber membrane's surface .At first, we produced the polyethylene microporous hollow fiber membrane by ascending melting filature and made micropore by drawing. The effects of filature -, anneal and drawing technics on membranes capability were compared. We carried out the numerical value simulation analysis to the process of ascending melting filature and concluded that ascending melting filature have advantages over descending melting filature, as follows: 1.Resin with larger relative molecular weight could be spun; 2. Fiber with larger diameter could; 3. Well-proportioned geometrical dimension -, ratio of micropore and molecule tropism could be acquired; 4.Higher osmosis flux and mechanical intensity could be acquired.Secondly ,with the data of gas osmosis experiment and Kozeny-Carman formula ,we figured out the diameter and distributing of micropore by seeking the better numerical value. The advantages are simple method and reliable data. We deal with the data by computer and could express the average diameter of membrane's micropore efficiently.At last, to improve the hydrophilicity of membrane and extend the application ranges membrane's surface. In this paper, we used three modification methods, as follows:!.Mixed solution with ethanol and acid modification,Surfactant modification;3.Surface grafting modification. The experimental result indicated that mixed solution with ethanol and acid modification is better. The effect is greatest when the proportionment of mixed solution is ethanol(80mol):water(13.8mol): nitric acid(6.2mol). At this time, water flux could reach at 250L/m2穐 Surfactant modification and surface grafting modification could also gain well effect, but the difference of mechanism cause the membrane's water flux lower than which modifiedby mixed solution with ethanol and acid.
