With the development of TiNi shape memory alloy and interventional medicine, the research for TiNi shape memory alloy endo-stents has been a key area of applied exploitation for SMA. A systematic study of the TiNi shape memory alloy wires and the TiNi shape memory alloy endo-stents has been carried out in this paper. The foundation for the clinical use of TiNi stents is provided. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:1. On the basis of the tension test of TiNi shape memory alloy wires, the elastic modulus ofTiNi medical stents is gotten, and it's mean, variance, estimator and 95% confidence interval are calculated, and so on.2. Based on the force and displacement data of the tension experiment of TiNi SMA wires, the F-S pattern of beat to beat is drawn, and the cinic fitting, cinic subsection fitting, line subsection fitting and linear regression are made. According to the stress and strain data, the σ-ε pattern of beat to beat is drawn. On the basis of simplification of the relation of stress and strain, a new three subsection liner σ-ε model of TiNi SMA is brought forward for the first time.3. A series of mechanics guideline of TiNi SMA medical stents is put forward, furthermore criterions and testing means of these guidelines are provided.4. Some models of TiNi SMA medical stents are established by means of VSAP, thetypical examples are calculated, based on the calculation the displacement drawings which support the application of TiNi medical stents in theory are protracted.5. As an example of CNE1880HL esophagus stent, the supporting guideline is calculatedtheoretically. The comparison with the test indicates that the two results coincide with each other to testify the practicability of TiNi SMA medical stents.
