The desert-shrub-based board can not meet the demand of component of furniture, especially in nail holding ability and repeated-departing times. Concerning this problem, we study the partially-strengthening impregnating treatment, design a set of equipment, choose a fitful resin named neoprene adhesive, and definite the best impregnating technology of PB and MDF.The result shows that after impregnating treatment, the nail holding ability of PB increased by 22.5%, internal bond of PB increased by 14.7%, and repeated-departing times increased 2.3 times; the nail holding ability of MDF increased by 16%.We use the Mathematical Statistic Method to analysis the data. Finding out the best impregnating technology of PB is: pressure is 0.7MPa; time is 3 min; solid content is 20%. This study will widen Desert-shrub-based board's use and provide a new method in increment with high efficiency for the desert-shrub-based board of our region.
