Allure-type wastewater treatment technology is composed of anaerobic technology and aerobic technology, allure-type wastewater treatment equipment is made up of ABR, biological contact oxidizing tank and sedimentary tank. Treating concentrated organic wastewater by using allure-type wastewater treatment technology and equipment was studied from two main aspects in this paper. In this experiment, slaughter wastewater is used as influent. The first part, we have mainly studied the efficiency of removing COD, affecting factors and concerned technical parameters; the second part, we have primarily studied the mechanism of removing ammonium-nitrogen.Studying on the efficiency of removing COD is conducted by doing various volume loadings (Nv) experiment. We have studied the efficiency of removing COD of every part of reactor under these volume loadings that are 3-5kgCOD/m3·d, 5-6kgCOD/m3·d, 6-7kgCOD/m3·d, 7-9kgCOD/m3·d, 9-10kgCOD/m3·d and 10-llkgCOD/m3·d respectively. The results show that the anaerobic part do main function when Nv is 3-10kgCOD/m3·d; As Nv is increased, the efficiency of COD of anaerobic part has a little difference; it change between 65.8 and 74.8%, which show that Allure-type have good capability of resisting impactive loading. When Nv is above 10kgCOD/m3·d, the increase of hydraulic loading and gas give rise to obvious decrease of granular sludge and the efficiency of removing COD. The results show that ,to slaughter wastewater which COD is about 1500mg/L, NV is limited because of hydraulic loading. The main affecting factors are HRT, Nv and temperature. The results show that ,HRT both affects anaerobic part and aerobic part, and as HRT decreases, the efficiency of removing COD decreases; temperature has a little influence on allure-type reactor, and allure-type reactor can be operatee in common temperature.The results show that ammonium-nitrogen is removed in anaerobic part, it is transformed into nitrite-nitrogen and nitrate-nitrogen, and nitrate-nitrogen is the main product; ammonium-nitrogen increase in anaerobic part because of ammtification, the removing COD in anaerobic part provides necessary condition for nitrification in aerobic part.The kinetics of reducing substrate has also been studied in this paper. The Vmax of every series of anaerobic part is 2.930 d-1,1.519 d-1,0.412 d-1 respectively, and Ks is 19257.13 mg/L,2944.12 mg/L,2789.03 mg/L respectively. We have also found that nitrification is zero grade, the rate of nitrification is 6.73mg/L ·d.The process of incubation of activated sludge and formation of granular sludge is also discussed in this paper. We have observed the biological phase.
