Regeneration Research Of Wet Desulfurization Liquid About Gas--Removal And Recovery About Byproduct

The wet desulfurizing process was a kind of method which was usually used gas desulfurization because of adopting the technology of liquid cycle,but it exist some side reaction and byproduct. This not only affected efficiency of desulfurization but also influenced normal production because of desulfurization liquid poured regularity.Thus it wasted a lot of material and polluted environment.To counter this problem, we designed a set of experiment, process of "monitoring - clearing - evaporation -filtration -crystallization -centrifugal separation" in this paper,and made the desulfurization liquid return the system.The experiment indicated: It solved the problem of improper ration of sodium thiocyanate to sodium thiosulfate ,and of suspending solid. This process recovered sodium thiocyanate and sodium thiosulfate from desulfuration liquid successfully, and not only attained qualified product,guaranteed the cycle of desulfurization liquid,but also improved the removal efficiency of hydrogen sulphide.
