0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite is a kind of piezoelectric material, which integrates with merits of PZT and PVDF respectively and counteracts deficiencies of them. So, it is used widely in every fields of modem social life. But there is a main question that PVDF does not be in p phase with higher piezoelectric property ,but be in other phases with lower or without piezoelectric property, thus, which can not improve distinctly piezoelectric constant d33, reduce notably dielectric spoilage(tg5) and raise remarkably mechanical coupling factor(Kp) of 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite, so these will restrict its development and application. In this paper, 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite will be prepared by Room pressing-Solidity , High-temperature-pressing and Room-pressing techniques respectively. By comparing piezoelectric and dielectric property of 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite, it shows that properties of samples prepared by High-temperature-pressing technique are prior to those of samples prepared Room-pressing-Solidity and Room-pressing techniques. Thus, High-temperature-pressing technique is adopted to prepare samples, by studying affects on temperature and pressure on their structures, which show that proper temperature and appropriate pressure can make PVDF with P phase be in the 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite.Different quality percent of PZT and conditions of polarization (temperature of polarization intension of electric field of polarization and cooling with high voltage or not)about effects on piezoelectric and dielectric properties of 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite are researched, according to contrasting their piezoelectric and dielectric properties, the conclusions show that quality percent of PZT and conditions of polarization will affect greatly their piezoelectric and dielectric properties. The better quality percent of PZT and proper temperature of polarization, appropriate intension of electric field of polarization and cooling with high voltage can be determined by their property.
