The thesis primarily introduces the development of Glufosinate and many synthesizing methods at home and abroad. Besides, it also chooses two of synthesizing routes, obtaining the products. Finally, It's gives our comparisons and evaluations.First, this thesis describes today's world general situation of the pesticide, especially the herbicide. We make sure that it is important, necessary, and emergent to develop Glufosinate.Secondly, reading a lot of literature, We summarize some main routes to prepare Glufosinate and classify them. According to the possibility of synthesis, We take into consideration today's equipment in our laboratory and mechanism of each chemical reaction, and then select two routes respective with methylhosphiteand methyldichlorophosphane as the raw materials. With a lot of work done we have get the products in two routes.In addition, according to the experiment data, the thesis comparesand evaluates the two methods, concluding that the route with trimethyl phosphite as raw material is easier to be industrialized. For the raw materials used in this route are cheap. And what is more, they are easy to obtain and the process is simple. Therefore, Glufosinate is now to be mass-produced.
