The two donors of dicyclopentyldimethoxy silane and cyclohexylmethy dimethoy silane are the third components of the new catalyst system of pp. They are mainly used in bulk polymerization of propylene. In this paper the synthesis of cyclohexylmethyldimethoxy silane by hydrogentation of arylsilane is further studied. The optium conditions are prepared for the available data for the industrial trial. At the same time the synthesis of dicyclopentyldimethoxy silane by reaction of tetramethoxy silane with cyclopentyl Grignard reagents in ether or THF solvents is studied. Besides by the influences of Magsium,the rate of reagents,reaction temperature on the productive rate and purity of the product,the better synthesis conditions are gained. The molecular structures of cyclohexylmethyldimethoxy silane and dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane are identified and attributed by GC - MS,IR,1 HNMR. The productivity quality of cyclohexylmethyl dimethoxy silane and dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane is testified by the polymerization of propylene. The results of polymerization prove to reach the standard of catalyst.
