Multiphase photo-catalytic oxidation is a new technology quickly developed recently and is becoming a new studying field independently. It is expected not only to transform and store solar energy, but to play an important role in composing new substance and eliminating environmental pollutions. it make photo-catalytic oxidation have the good market and good economic and social effect in water purity that catalytic method united with high efficiency photo-catalyst and photo-electricity, the development of studying and the applying the solar energy technology.In this study, the landfill leachate, one of the second contaminations of the garbage is the main object and is treated by using suspending semiconductor catalysis .The conditions, factors and treatment effects of test and the process of reactions are researched also.The results indicated that the effect that light catalysis oxidation treated leach was related to the kinds of catalyst, and the result of treatment using autanse-TiO2 is better than rutile. Catalysis capability is improved obviously after autanse-TiO2 was calcined at 600℃, and the way of calcine had large actions for catalysis.Photo-catalytic degradation of organic compound in leaches was carried out with TiO2, (-Fe2O3 and ZnO,the following conclusion can be attained. TiO2 has low photo-catalytic activity. a-Fe2O3 has not photo-catalytic activity, but it has little adsorption;ZnO has catalysis whether there is irradiation or not;when adding a little of TiO2 into ZnO,the system's photo-catalytic activity was enhanced, but when adding a-Fe2O3 into ZnO/TiO2, the photo-degradation efficiency decreased.Therefore, in the following experiments, Using ZnO/TiO2 composition semiconductor to treat tetracycline aqueous solution, the influence of pH value, initial tetracycline concentration, light intensity, irradiated time, the proportion of ZnO and TiO2, the volume of solution were respectively discussed. Under the Selected conditions, almost more than half of leaches were completely decomposed to CO2 and H2O.Finally, photo degradation of tetracycline waste water with the composition photo catalyst under solar light was investigated. The fact that the composition photo-catalyst is also applicable to tetracycline photo-degradation under solar light shows a good prospect for practical application.
