The Plot Of Implementing Cement's New Standards

On April 1st ,2001 six cement's new standards have been put into effect comprehensively .They are GB/T17671-1999 ^ GB175-1999 , GB1344-1999s GB12958-1999.this is a sign for us to catch up with the world standard. The implementation of new standards will improve our quality of national cement products ,meanwhile,it is also, good to cement industry's structural adjustment. Cement strength is an important technology parameter which can measure the performance and quality, new standarts use the method of testing ISO cement strength The result can be compared with foreign countries, and our quality is also comparable to most of the foreign countries, this does good to foreign trade and project contract. But after carrying out the new standards, the strength of various cement has been reduced, which is compared with the old one (GB177strength). This text is doing some research into the substance of ISO ?cement's active component .we study the relationship between new standards' test methods and ccmenU clinker strength from mix plaiu production technology > process control,etc,so as to reduce the scope that the strength decreases.Now foreign countries usually use the technology of precalcinator, in the clinker mineral, the silicate mineral is almost above 76%, the clinker burning is good, the cement's specific surface is huge and the active component is high,the standard strength of both ISO and GB177are reduced little when we use various methods to test. So this text researched into thesimker cement strength and some technology which suitable for cement's new standards.This text adopted the method of clinker burning, X-ray analysis, petrographic analysis to analyse the relationship and mechanism.
