High-speed CNC systems are becoming one of the most important development of CNC technology. Many technologies are involved in High-speed CNC systems. As one of the key technologies of High-speed CNC,motion control technology is the main difference from traditional CNC,and it directly affect the velocity and track's precision of High-speed machining's. But the research for motion control technology is non-systematical in our country. In this thesis,some technologies of High-speed CNC's motion control system are researched. Following are the main work:(1) A master-slave architecture based on PC for High-speed CNC's motion control System is suggested.(2) On the research of the software's architecture of motion control,the high-speed and high-accuracy algorithm of interpolate for parameter curve is proposed,which is adaptive for speed .(3) To meet the special requirement of high-speed motion control,acceleration control is researched. A control method of continuous and changeable acceleration is adopted,and the algorithm of Look-ahead is researched.(4) On the research of CNC's fine interpolate technology,a realization method of fine interpolate based on hardware is proposed,and the design principle and realization technology of high-speed hardware fine interpolator is researched.
