Hydrogenation reactor is a kind of very important equipment in petrochemical industry. In recent years, as the rapid development of petrochemical industry, the requirement of high strength and toughness properties to hydrogenation reactor is getting even more exacting. In order to keep pace with this requirement, the manufacturing material of hydrogenation reactor is changing all the time. At present, the manufacturing material of hydrogenation reactor has changed from the widely used 2'/4Cr-lMo steel to 3Cr-lMo~l/4V steel. In order to manufacture an acceptable 3Cr-lMo~l/4V steel hydrogenation reactor, we give a close study on the important manufacturing process of hydrogenation reactor, and get a good result.On the study of 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel shell-taping forging method, this research succeeds in finding out the scheme of shell-taping forging by way of reforming the traditional stool and simulation test. And the result is satisfying. The study on shell-taping forging solves the problem of different-diameter forging.On the study of 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel heat-treatment, this research finds out the influence of chemical composition and heat-treatment parameters on 3Cr-lMo~l/4V steel mechanical properties by the method of analyzing the tempering parameters, and on the base of this study, we get a reasonable 3Cr-lMo~l/4V steel heat-treatment process curve, And the properties of large forging, such as shell, is sound. This lays a solid foundation for the production of the hydrogenation reactor.And on the study of 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel welding and large scale stainless steel overlay, we first study the welding influence on pressure vessel, and on the foundation of this, this research has done the process test of 3Cr~lMo-l/4V steel welding and large scale stainless steel overlay, and found out the feasible process parameters, the result of this process in application is satisfactory.The above studies give a good security of the hydrogenation reactor manufacture.
