Studies On Technological Process And Nutrient Release Dynamics Of Inorganic Coated Fertilizers

On the base of the premilinary studies, the mineral material INJ was selected among the collected chemical industrial materials,on the grounds of the chemical reaction studying and producing Inorganic Coated Slow/Controlled Release Fertilzers. Before crushing the material INJ into ultrafine particle at high-speed and reading a large amount of data to get at its nature, adopted the different fabrication and processing technology, more than 60 prescriptions, in which the main material was INJ, were devised. According to these prescriptions, the Inorganic Coated Slow/Controlled Release Fertilzers were produced, and their nutrition release ability evaluated by the experiments including the water-immersion, simulation indoors and field trial. The results were as followed: 1.The parameters was ascertained,which were suitable for the production of Inorganic Coated Slow/Controlled Release Fertilzers: speed,producing time,adhesive quantity,2.The materials INE,INF,INK,INA and IND that could come into being membrane with the main material INJ in one group,were selected.At the same time,the material INC was chosed as regulator.3 Both the fertilizer ZP61 made of the material INJ , ZP62 made of the main material INJ and the regulator material INC and the fertilizer ZPF or ZPS had the same main material.but the duration of water-immersion of ZP61 or ZP62 was5hl3min, 15h20min,respectively,and that of ZPF or ZPS was only 19min , 15min,respectively.ZP62 was especially,whose duration of water-immersion was above the planning time.The result decated that it was vital of the material finess to produce INCRFs,the especific adhesive content and use quantity,and producing technology were as well.4.The paper studied the release regulation of nitrogen that contained in the fertilizer ZP61 or in ZP62The results in the leaching experiment showed that the N release curve,what was holded in the fertilizer ZP61 or ZP62,was parabola.The correlation coefficient was above 0.993 about the two fertilizers.But the N slow/controlled release ability holding in fertilizer ZP61 didn't come up with that in ZP62.The results in short-period cultivation (3H~54H) showed that the N containing in fertilizer ZP61 released at the parabola curve (r:0.988) as well as did at the S type curve (r:0.987) .At the end of the cultivation,the N in fertilizer ZP61or ZP62 respectively released 91.13%,81.92%,which again proved the fact that the N release controlling ability of the fertilizer ZP61 didn't come up with that of ZP62.In thelong-period cultivation (16D-75D) ,the N release peak of the fertilizer ZP61 was at the point 16D-20D and that of the fertilizer ZP62 was at the point 20D-22D.The membrane of the two fertilizers was inorganic miner which could dissolve into thesoil dissolution and accomulate crops nutritions.And so the fertilizers were regarded as compound new-type.5.The results in the field trial of the equivalent applications showed,compared with the treat applying the fertilizer Urea,the winter wheat economic yield of the treats applying the coated fertilizer ZPF,ZPG or ZPS was increasing significantly,ranging from 10.3%-18.3%.The effects of coated fertilizer ZPF,ZPG or ZPS on the wheat agriculture had better been ameliorated,at the same time,the effects of such treats could keep or increase the soil fertility and decrease the Nitrogen to translate into the soil deep layer.The N accumulation at different growing stage of winter wheat and the nitrogen use efficiency and others proved the differency with the N slow/controlled release ability among the three fertilizers:ZPG>ZPF>ZPS.
