The advantages of water power comminuting and washing raw salt has been approved, for example this technique possess double function that comminuting and washing raw salt at the same time. It not only can simplify the technologic flow, diminish environment pollution and improve efficiency of comminuting and washing, but also can decline impurity content of output, improve fluidity, seeming quality and so on. As a kind of new-fashioned technique it will own broad application and good prospect. Based on previous works, realization of industrialization is the main aim of my thesis, which will enhance the competition of our county salt industry on the world.Previous works proved that the main mechanism of water jet comminuting is the strike effect. Further orthogonal analysis indicated that diameter of material nozzle has a prominent effect on the output of the pulverizer and pressure have a high influence on the comminute proportion. The output and comminute proportion are two key factors for the industrialization and also the two main task of the thesis. In the thesis, structure of the pulverizer is proved in two phases. Later experiment proved that the new structural pulverizer have a satisfying output and high comminute proportion which can fill the need of industrialization.Also we use Matlab Toolbox and BP Neural Network to have a simulation of the process of water jet comminuting which provide a way for the optimization of water jet pulverizer.
