China is an agricultural country and has one fourth of word population. So china must support 22 percent population of the word with less than 7 percent land of the word. To solve the problem of china can only depends on improve the unit production. The industry of pesticide is the necessary assurance to agriculture.The imidazoles pesticide is a kind of heterocyclicin pesticide, which was developed in recent year with the characteristics of low dosage , high safety and selectivity. Now people put much attentions in this kind of compounds because of it shows a wide potency of exploitation in killing insects and bacterias.This subject synthesis five new imidazoles compounds based on referring to the outcome of predecessor. They are l-(4-methylbenzyl)-2 -nitroiminoimidazolidin, 1-(3-nitrobenzyl)-2-nitroiminoimidazo lidine,1-(4-nitrobenzyl)-2-nitroiminoimidazolidine, 1-(5-acetothiophenemethy)-2-nitroiminoimidazolidine 1-(2-methylbenzimidazole)-2-nitroiminoimidazolidine; And they are confirmed by IR, MS, NMR. After the experiment of testing insects, we find the new five compounds have insecticide activity in different degree. And that different link to benzene will result in the final compound has different effect. Through the experiment we can find that the effect is very obvious by linking benzimidazole to 2-nitroiminoimidazolidine.
