In the paper, The Li4SiO4 single-phase ion conductor material was prepared by Sol-Gel method and solid-reaction method.lt prove that the superiority of the Sol-Gel method to prepare the nano-meter particle by TG-DTA and XRD.The PH value of the solution,the temperature of the evaporation,the temperature of the reaction,the reaction time and the solvent were considered to study the influence to the character of the productions.In this base, Li4+XMxSi1-XO4(M=B,Al,Cr,Fe) and Li4-2XMxSiO4 (M=Mg,Zn) single-phase ion conductor materials were prepared by Sol-Gel method, The powder samples were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD and TEM, Ionic conductivity of the sinter was determined by means of A-C impedance technique. The experiment shows that ionic conductivity of the materials can be improved by the doped systems,and the doped element and the doped proportion were thoroughly studied .
