Research On Chemical Enhanced Primary Treatment Of Municipal Wastewater

This article introduces the municipal wastewater treatment situation of our country, and puts great emphasis on the research on possibility and usefulness to chemical enhance primary treatment of municipal wastewater .The author chooses several flocculation agents to treat the municipal wastewater , analyses their treatment effect , decides the optimal fit and the optimum dosing quantity ,then compares the method with the routine primary and the secondary treatment technology , analysis their erection cost and operation cost without affecting treated wastewater discharge.This article chooses four kinds of flocculation agents, it is aluminium sulfate> polymeric irom polymeric aluminium and polyacrylamide. Through experimenting, decides the optimum dosing quantity of flocculation agents to this kind of wastewater , choosing the best fit , decides the reasonable dosing sequence , the best dosing quantity in the best fit is polymeric aluminium + polyacrylamide (24mg/l + 0.075mg/l). Through analyzing the erection cost and operation cost, this conclusion can be drawn: Chemical enhanced primary treatment technology can cut down expenses 47% in erection cost and 43% in operation cost , and this method can also make the treated wastewater.Through the study above ,it can be achieved that :Chemical enhanced primary treatment technology is a kind of new method suit to economics situation and wastewater treatment condition ,it is important in fact sense to reduce the water pollutant and to protect the environment.
