High performance refractory is widely used in high-temperature industries. High pure raw materials,high--pressure press and high-temperature sintering("3high")are the basic conditions for quality refractory.The tunnel kilns are the key equipment for shaped-refractory products. Whose operation condition effecting sintered products quality directly.Studying on the wear mechanism of magnesia-chrome used at high-temperature tunnel kilns can improve the operation condition and stability of tunnel kilns.The used magnesia-chrome microstructure is studied by EDAX,SEM and chemical composition analysis. The chemical composition and physical properties of magnesia-chrome samples are studied after many times reheating recycles. The used magnesia-chrome of 98.4m tunnel kiln roof is anglicized the chemical compositions is slightly changed before and after using.The woridace lining refractor's chemical Compositions and mass loss will change during the sintered refractory.Characteristic being different from that of lining refractory is very big during the tunnel kilns no kiln cars entrying.The porosity enhanced,density decreased during the long time conditions operation of the dtunnel kinls.The lining life and material haven't very close relationgship while the lining material being qualified.
