Presently, the synthesis of nanocrystalline zeolite is on the basis of hydrothermal chemistry, in which the crystallization of zeolites occurs by liquid phase transformation mechanism. For the first time, a new way about the synthesis of nanocrystalline zeolite -the way of the ethylenediamine and triethylamine nonaquous system, Which is on the basis of the solid phase transformation.Firstly, nanocrystalline zeolite HS was synthesized successfully in the hydrothermal system. Affection of some factors to the particle size of zeolite, such as template, the order of adding reactant material and so on, make me have a good grasp on synthetic law of nanocrystalline zeolite.Secondly, nanocrystalline zelilte ZSM-5 including crystalline SiO2 was synthesized in the ethylenediamine and triethylamine system in which trace water was included. The cause of SiO2 emerging was talked about.Thirdly, by orthogonal experiment, nanocrystalline zeolite ZSM-5 was prepared in the ethylenediamineand triethylamine system. The result of experiment proved that phase region of synthesizing zeolite ZSM-5 nanoparticles is very narrow and almost be close to a point, a little change of reactant ratio result in a new zeolite material.Finally, some other synthetic way of nanocrystalline zeolite,such as microwave radiation, moving crystallization and ultrosonic controlling would be used. At the same time, we would prepared to develop some new materials based on nanocrystalline zeolite.
