Nanosized particles of metal sulfides is an important kind of semiconductor materials and have excellent properties in many fields such as optimics, catalysis, mechanics and magnetism etc.In this article,nanosized PbS and CuS Particles were prepared in sod method,in microemulsions,and by phase tranfer technique.The best experimental condition for each method was arrived by a great amount of experiments and the main factors effecting the particle size and shape were discussed on how they funtion in the reactions.The results showed that the size range of particles prepared in sod method is wide,from 5nm to 50nm or so ; the size and shape of particles prepared in microemulsions and by phase trasfer technique is almost the same,But the production cost is higher than sod methods.In addition,nanosized PbS and CuS particles were prepared in non-water solutions such as alchol.It is found that the preparation in non-water solutions is better than that in water solutions and is available for simple sythesis technology and industrial production.
