Nowadays the problem of environment and resources are most important problems which human being have to be faced with. The continuous development way in the field of cement produce industry is: full developing and optimize using all kinds of raw materials and fuels of low quality, through the technology of less pollution, developing high additional quality by-product, achieving zero release . Yunan Kai Yuan cement company limestone mine contain lots of the layer stone among which the contents of K.2O,Na2O and Al2O3 are high. The situations which clinker burning and property will be damaged greatly and will not be beneficial carried out new standard of cement and practice program construction. If according to traditional method of exfoliate alkali, not only increase waste stones but also make more than 10 million tons mine rock useless. Economy and environment will be greatly distorted.This thesis through rational mine collocation limestone resources, research on all factors which affect the alkali circulation in kiln system and also research on burning institution affects clinker quality law, define scientific technology parameters, properly improve clinker saturation rate and silicon rate, adjust the three rates to: KH=0.95?.02; SM=2.3?.1; IM=1.6?.1, use phosphorus dregs as mineralizer, the mixed quantity be controlled at 4%-7% of raw materials. We adopt advanced four passages coal burner, improve the flame temperature, make a base of produce high quality low alkali clinker. At the same time, we systematize research on using slag, coal ash, and phosphorus dregs and so on as active admixture produce compound low alkali cement in lab researchment and industrial production define contents of each composition. Though the scientific match not only mare decrease the content of alkali in cement and improve cement property, but also has the meaning of lighten the load of environmentThis thesis also carry on the industrial experiment research of high potassium kiln ashes make BB fertile in bulk, define technology process, the target of product quality and the effect of BB fertile experiment in field. The research result suggest: the fertile of kiln ashes compound potassium beneficial lots of agricultural products, improve production in per acre yield reach: paddy10.1 %, corn 22.5%, wheat 11.2%.We utilize high alkali raw materials as industrial wastes, high potassium kiln ashes produce high quality low alkali cement and BB fertile in bulk. We make synthesize use of resources, prevent and control pollutions, produce high quality cement and high addition quality by-product products organic combine, initial form a bend fairly perfect less pollution produce technology. We achieve unifying the beneficial result of society. Economy and environment and make a good example for other same type enterprises.
