Flumorph(SYP-L190) is a new pesticide invented by SYRICI. The aim of this study is to evaluate the long-term toxicity of flumorph technical on fish and determine its effective targets. A 90 days toxicity was carried out on carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) by administration of 0.2165, 0.4330 and 2.165mg/L of 95% flumorph technical .The study was performed with semi-static system. The blank control group, and the parallel comparative group with 95% dimethomorph (0.1670, 0.3340 and 1.670mg/l) were performed at the same time with the method. During the uptake phase, the abnormal behavior of treated fish in 95% flumorph technical (2.165 mg/L ) was observed , and the growth including weight and length were retarded to some extent. In hematology and blood biochemistry ALT, Crea and GLU were evidently increased. CA was reduced. All of them have significant differences (p<0.05 or 0.01)compared to the controls. Necropsy at the end of the experiment indicated that histopathological abnormalities were found in kidneys, such as increase of gelatinous material and some white cell infiltration. In addition, the kidney's relative organ weights of 95% flumorph technical (2.165 mg/L ) have significant differences (p<0.05)compared to the controls. Based on our laboratory conditions, it is estimated from this study that the rang of MATC of 95% flumorph is 0.433-2.165mg/L.
