In this thesis,by means of flow inj ection technique,CL behaviors of the luminol-H2O2 classic CL system in the presence of different types of surfactants were investigated,and the CL intensities in the variety of surfactant concentration were studied in detail.For the first time,a maximum CL peak at the critical micelle concentration(CMC)was observed in FI model.This experiment fact has not only been developed a FI-CL method for the estimation of the CMCS of surfactants,but also provided a simple indication for monitoring micellization and added people's understanding to CL characteristics in micelle media. With proposed method.CMC values of several surfactants was determined and the results were in good agreement with the values in literature,suggesting that the new method is not only visible and convenient,but accurate and available as well. At the same time.combined with the experimental observations,a possible CL reaction mechanism was discussed and a rational explanation for the maximum CL peak appeared at the CMC was given according to both the reactionthermodynamics and dynamics principle. Discovering and establish the new CL system iS important both for CL theory andapplication.Based on the principle of energy transferring lied in CL system,some thiol derivatives were introduced into the existed CL system such as lumino-H2O2 system,etc.,thus new CL systems were built and correlative CL characteristics were investigated.Through optimizing experiment conditions,corresponding CL methods for the determination of these thiol compounds were developed. Under optimal experiment conditions,the concentrations of 6-nlercaptopurine(6-MP),glutathione(GSH)mad cefalexin(CEX)in actual sample were success fully determined and possible CL mechanisms were produced. As mentioned above,the features of this dissertation are as follows:1. Detecting the CMC with FI-CL method and reasonably illuminating the mechanism are reposed for the first time.2.Erected some methods for the determination of several thiol derivatives with FI-CL enriched the CL system and practical application....
