The using of tail-gas of yellow phosphorus is a importance research task with relating of living of corporation to produce yellow phosphorus. Dimethyl carbonate(DMC) is an important chemical in the current chemical industry because it can be substituted for phosgene and dimethyl sulfate, which are highly toxic compounds, in a variety of reactions. DMC is much less toxic compared with phosgene and dimethyl sulfate. Moreover, when DMC is substituted for phosgene and dimethyl sulfate, the by-products formed are methanol or carbon dioxide which are easily separated and doesn't lead to pollution. These advantages stimulate the research on oxidative carbonylation of methanol to DMC by using purified tail-gas of yellow phosphorus in the C1 chemistry fields.The technology of producing DMC with purified tail gas of production yellow phosphorus and methanol was confirm after a great deal of literature about synthesis DMC are been synthesized and analyzed in this paper, and the result of experiment in laboratory to preparation DMC in Pd catalyzer and carry oxide - methyl nitrous acid were analyzed. This technology include two step, first, synthesizing DMC in Pd catalyzer and carry oxide in synthesis reactor and diving NO, secondary preparating methyl nitrous acid with NO, O2 and methylol. The two step come in being a closed cycle and it is very good to environment.The condition of reaction in this technology is mildness, common pressure , 100 of reaction temperature. The selectivity is more than 85% base DMC, the total rate of translation based CO is approach 100%, and the reaction have little outgrowth-CO2. The technology is safety, stabilization, to have a good using about the energy in reaction system, and the reaction carry through in a closed cycle. So the technology is a cleanness producing technics.The two reaction systems were coincidence, and optimized after have been completed material balance calculation and energy balance calculation. The technology flow chart is completed of reaction system, and the primary reactor, tank, pump, and other equipments were design or choose base to produce 300t /a DMC.
