Study On Wastewater Treatment Technology By Method Of A～2/O

This study was carried out on pilot-scale to treat wastewater with theimproved A2/O technology of fixedbed Bio-contact oxidationExperimental results show that:(1)The removing effect of organic substance in the treatment system is obvious. The COD removal achieved 83%;(2)The removing effect of NH3-N is obvious but the removing effect of PO43- is less satisfactory with the removal percentage being 81.6% and 45% respectively;(3)When the temperature is lower than 18℃,the ammonia removal is obvious on decline ;(4)When DO<1.2mg/l,the removal of COD and NH3-N drops rapidly ,which shows that nitrification reaction has been restrained .
