The reservoir engineering evaluation of the submitted explored reserves and economic evaluation which based upon this is of great importance to the recognitional extent of the reserves and exploitation strategy. Aiming at the geologic feature of DaQing oilfield, the paper deeply. researches into the explored reserves'reservior engineering evaluation method by the means of mechanics of fluid through porous media and technical economics. Combining Yuan 13 block of Yongle oilfield, the paper has deeply studied the oil wells primary production evaluation, breakthrough time, production decline law and ecnomic recoverable reserves'random simulation method. Derived a set of new method calculating production index of oil well by MFE, swabbing action and gas lift production test method. Thus makes oil well primary productive capacity evaluation more scientific and reasonable, theoretical basement, more abundant ,and processing in computer more convenient and easier. Starting from non-steady flow formulas, it establishes the relational expression of production, flowing pressure and time." Real data has shown its reasonability, so it provides a new method for analyzing oil well production decline features etc. Analyzed the natural energy exploitation feature of DaQing'periphery reservoir, and believe that elastic recovery efficiency is about 2% and solution gas drive recovery efficiency is 8%. So we must supplement energy for development. Established theoty relation expression of oil well formation pressure drop and injection-production ratio's variation, and the quantitative statistic relation of primary stable productive capacity and production test productive capacity of oil well. Base on oil, water Buckley-leverett theory, deduced the oil well breakthrough time formula. Breakthrough time of Yuan 13 block in Putaohua oilfield is 361 days. Considering the stochastic change of the oil price and the uncertainty of our recognition to the reservoir, the paper uses stochastic simulation to study the distribution of economic recoverable reserves. According to western countres' usual practice in the recent years, we give three economic recoverable reserves(Possible reserves,Probable reserves.Proved reserves) of Yuan 13 block in Yongle oilfield, and they are 1,980,000 tons, 1,773,000 tons and 1,437,200 tons respectively.
