With the development and exploitation of our country' s oil industrial, the high solidify' s gelled oil occupied some proportion. But, because there are higher gum, higher asphalt, higher solidify and higher viscosity in the physical character of high solidify' s gelled oil, this cause many difficulties in the exploitation, transportation and combustion of oil. So it makes the cost to increase and the utilization to decrease, especially in our Liaohe oil field and there are very large area of high solidify and gelled oil. How to decrease the cost and increase the utilization and ensure the normal production of oil and it has become an important research project. Now, our oil field are utilizing hot water circulatory system to ensure that the oil temperature is higher than that of solidify in the oil pipeline and make the oil in the pipeline to flow in the high solidify and gelled oil area. But because there are some limitation in the hot water circulatory system, in the depth of 1500meter, the hot loss of the temperature is very large and the temperature of circulatory water is only 80degree ,and it can not make the oil well to product in the normal condition .The technology of the decline of magnetic solidify and viscosity utility rare earth performant magnetic produce magnetic field and make solidify and viscosity to change in certain time after the oil is dealed with certain magnetic field ,so the viscosity of oil decrease 30-50percent and solidify decrease 6-22degree. Cooperated with hot water circulatory system ,it can make some oil well that is difficult to exploit to produce in normal condition and enhance the production of oil well and recovery efficiency.
